Thank you so much for your contribution to the 2023 NIRSA Region IV Conference! We love learning about all the things our members have been up to and really value hearing the stories and lessons that presenters share with our NIRSA communities.

Call for Proposals

We’re happy to open a call for proposals for the 2024 NIRSA Region IV Conference in Denton, TX! This signature event is rooted in helping professionals in higher education develop and maintain competencies in the field of campus recreation and wellbeing. Consider sharing your innovative practices and programs with colleagues in Denton!

Presentation Proposals Open: July 7
Presentation Proposal Deadline: September 8

You will be notified about the status of your proposal application in late September or early October 2023.

Presenter Resources

Submitting a Proposal

While submitting a presentation, it is not required to upload your finished presentation but instead include your Session Title, Session Description and Learning Objectives. If you do have your presentation complete, it can be beneficial for the schedule committee throughout the review process.

Registration

All presenters must register for the 2024 NIRSA Region IV Conference. Registration will open mid August. Visit the Registration page for additional information.
